This the most incredible cordless vacuum I've ever seen. I have Hoover's Flair corded vacuum and love it, but the suction power of this cordless unit is even better. It easily picks up kitty litter, dry cat food pieces, pet hair, even drywall "kibble", screws and insulation shreds from our renovation project! I will say that it should be sold with two batteries because the short charge definitely requires a backup for any serious vacuuming. My only design criticism is that it's very aggressive about locking the head in the 90 degree position for free-standing. Consequently, it often locks while I'm vacuuming. Also, the powerhead of the Hoover Flair has more maneuverability in all directions. Otherwise, all is great. It's easy to empty, the foam filter is easy to clean, and it runs quietly. All in all, I'm delighted with this unit so far. I've had it three days and have used it about nine times (yes, I'm having fun! ... but I need another battery).
