| Polaris 380 Pool Cleaner Our most powerful and durable automatic pool cleaner easily connects to a dedicated pressure line. Powered by triple jets and a separate booster pump, the Polaris 380 is suitable for all in-ground pools. It sweeps, scrubs, and vacuums the bottom, walls, and steps of the pool trapping large debris like leaves and pebbles in its own filter bag. Also available in a BlackMax for dark bottom pools.
Pressure refers to the power of clean water returning to your pool. Some pools are designed with a dedicated pressure cleaner line that is used exclusively by a pressure-side cleaner. A separate booster pump is used to power the Polaris 480, 380, 280 and 180 cleaners independently from the rest of the pool’s circulation system. The Polaris 360 operates on a dedicated pressure line, but does not require a booster pump.
Suction refers to the power of water being drawn out of the pool into the filter system. Some pools are designed with a dedicated suction cleaner line that is used exclusively by a Polaris 340 and 140 suction-side cleaners. The Polaris Vac-Sweep 380 is designed for all in-ground pools and runs off a booster pump. - Three jets provide greater vacuum power and faster cleaning (3 hours or less)
