vacuum doesn't suck February 26, 2010

Great product normally, but this refurbished unit had no suction.  Discount Cleaning Products was NOT HELPFUL with the return.  UPS cost me over $30 to return it, and no reimbursement from DCP.  I will not buy from them again.
