Does this engine have a fuel pump, oil filter & pump?

Answer: Correct.  The unit comes with a vacuum operated fuel pump.  It does have an oil filter already installed.  The only other pump would be the oil pump.  This unit has an internal gear driven oil pump in the front cover assembly.
