The stand is strong but lightweight. Clean lines, a compact design, and wheels, make this black typing table a real stand out.    

Leave it to the Chinese to design a stand without hinges on its leaves. Once you get past this minor design issue and complete the (self) assembly required, you will grow to appreciate the quality and utility of this reinvented relic of the past.
