The Aztec Grand Finale 050-1 is a 36-inch battery-powered floor finish applicator built for contractors and in-house crews who restore VCT and concrete floors at scale. The big-deck applicator pad and a controlled flow rate let one technician lay down up to 35,000 square feet of finish, sealer, or densifier per hour with no baseboard splash and far less floor puddling than a mop-and-bucket setup.
Built for
- VCT finish and recoats: schools, retail, and healthcare floor restoration nights
- Concrete densifier and hardener application: uniform spread on warehouse and showroom floors
- Floor sealer: base coats over stripped VCT and concrete before finish
- Large open spaces: retail showrooms, gyms, and warehouses where 18-inch mop pads are too slow
- Move-in and turnover: apartment, dorm, and commercial turnover where speed wins

Frequently asked questions
Will it apply 25 percent solids finish without dragging?
Yes. The Grand Finale handles finish chemistry up to 40 percent solids. The flow valve adjusts so you can dial in coat weight for thinner or thicker finishes.
How long does the battery last on one charge?
5 to 7 hours of typical use, which covers a full overnight finish job in most schools, retail stores, and offices. The battery is replaceable.
Does it replace a mop bucket or just supplement it?
On open floor it replaces the mop bucket entirely. You will still need a mop or T-bar for tight closets, mechanical rooms, and detail edges where the 36-inch head will not fit.
What is the difference between the 24-inch and 36-inch model?
The 24-inch (050-2) is sized for tighter floor plans like restrooms and corridors; the 36-inch (050-1) covers open floors faster. Pick by your typical room size, not by total square footage.
