When your order ships

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. We ship from a network of warehouses around the country and your order goes out from whichever one has your item in stock, so transit time depends on how far that warehouse is from you.

Because stock moves between locations, we cannot promise a delivery date on the website - if you need something by a specific date, contact us before you order and we will check on that item for you.

Where we ship

We ship to the continental United States. Orders go out by the most economical method for that item and your location.

Free shipping

Many items qualify for free shipping - look for the free shipping icon on the product page. If every item in your cart qualifies, your order ships free.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international

We cannot ship directly outside the continental US - but that does not always end the conversation. Many of our customers outside the lower 48 have us ship to a freight forwarder or a mainland US address they arrange, and that works normally on our end.

If you already use a forwarder, or want to set one up, get in touch and we will walk your order through.

One exception worth knowing: MK Diamond is the one manufacturer we carry that will ship direct out of the country. If what you are after is an MK Diamond product, tell us where it is going and we will look into it for you.

Need it faster?

Expedited shipping is sometimes possible, but it is not available through the website. Call or email us for a quote - expedited service carries an additional charge, and we will confirm the cost with you before anything is processed.
