How do I return an item?

Damaged or Defective Returns
Products received damaged or defective should be reported upon receipt so that we can setup a return for you. We will be happy to have the item reshipped or refunded, whichever you prefer.

Other Returns
All other returns must be made within 30 days and in new condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We only sell new items and are unable to accept used returns. Some customer returns may include a restocking fee. Restocking fees, when applicable, are determined based on the product ordered. Please contact us with any questions.


All manufacturer warranties apply.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns, so please email or call in advance. For an RMA number, please email us at [email protected] and provided the following:

  • Order Number
  • Product Code
  • Reason for the Return
  • Contact Information

Refunds will be made in the manner of original payment. Refunds are issued upon receipt back and inspection of the merchandise.
