The BE Pressure 85.403.010 is a 24-inch stainless steel Whirl-A-Way flat surface cleaner that pressure-washing contractors, fleet wash operators, and facility maintenance crews bolt onto a 2500 to 4000 PSI commercial pressure washer to convert wand cleaning into a wide-path surface cleaning operation. On flat open concrete, the 24-inch path produces 4 to 6 times the production rate of wand work, with a uniform clean stripe and no operator-induced lap lines.
Built for
Pressure-washing contractors on parking lot, sidewalk, building concourse, and storefront cleaning. The 24-inch Whirl-A-Way is the production tool that lets a crew bid commercial flatwork at competitive rates without taking three days to do what a wand crew would do in one.
Fleet wash and equipment-rental operations cleaning concrete pads, fuel station concourses, and equipment yards. The high temperature rating and stainless steel construction handle the demands of fuel-and-oil contaminated surfaces with hot water and degreaser chemistry.
Facility maintenance and property management teams with in-house pressure washing programs. The Whirl-A-Way is the difference between cleaning a 50,000 square foot loading dock in a half day versus a full day of wand work.
How it works
Three high-speed rotating spray jets inside the 24-inch stainless steel cover spin under high-pressure water to produce a uniform cleaning pattern across the full path. The brush skirt around the perimeter contains overspray and traps the jet pattern within the work zone, which is what eliminates the stripe lines and over-spray pattern that wand cleaning produces. The rotary bars are welded steel for durability under continuous duty and the cover is stainless steel to handle the corrosive environment of degreaser and detergent chemistry.
Capacity and ratings
Rated for 4000 PSI maximum pressure, 8.0 GPM flow, and 180 deg F temperature. That covers virtually all commercial pressure washers in the 2500 to 4000 PSI tier including the BE X-series, the Hotsy electric and gas hot-water units, and most contractor-grade gas units. Below 2500 PSI the rotary jets do not reach optimal spin speed; at 4000 PSI the unit is at rated maximum.
Hookup
Built-in 3/8-inch quick-connect fitting accepts any standard 3/8-inch high-pressure hose with a male quick-connect plug. No adapters required for typical commercial setups. Connect the supply hose to the inlet, hold the handle, and walk the unit forward at a steady pace.

Frequently asked questions
What pressure washer do I need?
Any commercial pressure washer rated 2500 PSI to 4000 PSI at sufficient flow (4 to 8 GPM at the high end) will run the 24-inch Whirl-A-Way effectively. Below 2500 PSI the rotary jets do not reach optimal spin speed.
Will it work with hot water?
Yes. The 180 deg F temperature rating covers most commercial hot-water pressure washers. The high-temperature seals and stainless construction are engineered for hot water duty.
How does it compare to a wand?
On a flat open surface, the 24-inch surface cleaner is roughly 4 to 6 times faster than wand cleaning and produces a much more uniform finish without operator stripe lines.
What surfaces is it for?
Concrete, asphalt, paver, and brick flat surfaces - parking lots, sidewalks, loading docks, fuel-station concourses, and warehouse aprons.
How does it connect?
Built-in 3/8-inch quick-connect fitting accepts any standard 3/8-inch high-pressure hose with a male quick-connect plug.
