This 46" snap-on float trowel blade uses a "B" adapter to attach to a power trowel. Float Blades are made from an abrasive resistant steel. This is a wide blade, with all edges turned up. This blade is used flat. To use float blades, a finisher will wait only until the concrete is hard enough to support his weight. The blades are used in a flat position and their function is to pack the surface aggregate into the slab and force the water to the top. These blades can be reversed.
