E246PAK3 is a three-pack of replacement earth auger blades for the General Equipment 2350 BOR-MAX Series 6-inch auger. The blade bolts to the cast steel boring head and does the actual soil cutting, so it is the part that wears out first on a hole-digging crew. General Equipment positions the blade so its side clearance runs past the edge of the flighting, which takes wear off the flighting itself and extends the life of the auger body.

About the augers
The 2350 BOR-MAX Series are blade-type boring-head earth augers for the General Equipment hand-held 200 Series hole diggers. They use a 1-inch round drive connection with a 0.375-inch auger pin, and offer 30 inches of effective digging depth, extendable by a further 15 inches with the optional 2350-15X plain-tube extension. Flighting is 0.187-inch thick single-pitch cupped helicoid. Bolt-retained, field-replaceable cutting blades are fitted to the 4.0 through 12.0 inch augers.
Working limits
General Equipment specifies these augers for earth digging in unconsolidated soils only, such as loams, sands, soft clays and granular rubble. They are not intended for digging holes in ice. Typical work is smaller fencing, deck and landscaping holes.
