This is the top fill tube adaptor for the Kirby Tradition 3CB, Kirby part 190479S. The fill tube is the passage that carries dirt from the machine into the cloth outer bag, and this adaptor is the upper end of that assembly, where the bag top connects. It is a wear and breakage part: the adaptor takes the load every time the bag is removed and refitted, and a cracked one leaks dirt at the connection.
