The Koblenz left-hand gear (service part 46-1718-9) is the driven gear for the left brush spindle inside Koblenz twin-brush shampoo polishers. Koblenz supplies it as a service part with a pack of gearbox grease in the bag, so the gearbox can be repacked at the same time the gear is replaced. It is the counterpart to the right-hand gear, part 46-1717-1; one of each is fitted per machine.
