MK does not publish a saw model list or a maximum RPM rating for the 8-inch MK-304RCK, and this diameter does not appear on MK's MK-304RCK sell sheet, so the expanded material list and saw-type callouts MK publishes for the larger diameters cannot be applied to it. Check that your saw accepts an 8-inch blade at the arbor size above, and confirm the saw's rated blade speed against the tool manufacturer's instructions before use.

Before you cut
A multipurpose blade is only as safe as the saw it is mounted in. Check that the blade is not cracked, warped or missing brazing before each use, mount it in the direction of the arrow on the blade body, and make sure the guard is in place. Because this blade is rated for dry cutting, do not introduce water to it. Let the blade do the work at its own rate rather than forcing it, and give it a few seconds of free spinning between cuts so the core can shed heat. Cutting metal, masonry and plastics all generate different debris; wear eye and respiratory protection appropriate to the material in front of you.
