Description Reviews FAQ

Hydro-Force Viper Prestige is a ready-to-use, water-based fluorochemical impregnating sealer for natural stone and other hard surfaces. It penetrates rather than coating: the sealer slows the absorption of liquids, particularly oils, while leaving the surface vapor permeable so moisture in the substrate can still evaporate. That matters on stone, where a film-forming sealer can trap moisture and cloud. This item is supplied as a case of four one-gallon containers.

Surfaces and application

Listed for marble, granite, limestone and travertine, and directions also address grout lines. The manufacturer states it preserves the natural look of stone and protects without affecting slip resistance. Apply by spray at 35 to 50 psi with a 2004 TeeJet nozzle and spread with a synthetic fiber brush, or apply an even coat with a paint pad, roller or brush. Surface temperature should be 50 to 80 F. Intended for interior surfaces. Shake before use and test in an inconspicuous area first, particularly on polished marble and on very porous surfaces.
