This is the replacement main power supply cord for several Bissell upright vacuums, Bissell part 2032319. Power cords fail from the inside: repeated winding around the cord hooks, being pulled from the wall by the cord and getting run over by the machine break conductors near the strain relief long before the jacket looks damaged. Intermittent power, or a machine that cuts out when the cord is flexed, usually means the cord rather than the switch.
