Rainbow changed this cover partway through the E2 run, and the two versions are not interchangeable. Look at the back of your machine:
- Four screws to remove the cover, two behind the cord caddy and two at the bottom of the unit, means you have the version this part fits.
- Two plastic latches that release with a flat screwdriver means you have the later snap-on cover, which is a different part number.
A note on the title: this part is catalogued by Rexair under the E-2 e SERIES rear cover group. Published fitment covers the E and E-2 e SERIES machines.
