Frequently asked questions
Will laundry chemistry damage the poly body?
No. The body is rotational-molded chemical-resistant polyethylene; the same material is used in laundry and chemical handling carts. Standard institutional bleach, detergent, and softener exposure is fine.
Can I order it with locking casters?
Yes. Sidelock-brake casters and swivel-lock casters are available as factory upgrades. Specify locking casters when ordering if you stage the cart on an incline or in an elevator.
How does it ship?
The M7070 ships freight. Confirm dock or liftgate delivery on order and let us know if you need an inside delivery for a multi-floor account.
Why are there hand and drain holes in the body?
The hand cutouts give a second grip for loading and unloading, and the drain hole keeps water from pooling after a wet load. Both are standard features on commercial bulk carts.
