Why the gulper and the long crevice tool
Transportation interiors produce a specific kind of soil: wrappers, boarding passes, crumbs and grit, sitting in narrow tracks and along seat edges. A 17-inch crevice tool reaches the full depth of a seat track in one stroke instead of several, and a 12-inch gulper with an open mouth picks up bulk debris that a conventional carpet lip would push along. Together they eliminate most of the hand-picking that otherwise slows a turn.

Does the kit include the vacuum?
No. The 106502 is the tool kit only. It is designed to accessorize the ProTeam AviationVac backpack vacuum, which is sold separately.
Will these tools fit my standard ProTeam backpack?
If your machine uses the 1-1/2 inch tool coupling, yes. Check the diameter of your existing wand or hose cuff before ordering, since some machines use a 1-1/4 inch fitting.
Why a one-piece 49-inch wand instead of a telescoping one?
A one-piece wand has no joint to bind or come apart, which matters in a fast turn where the tool is being handed around and set down constantly. If you want length adjustment instead, ProTeam offers telescoping wands in the same coupling size.
What is a gulper tool?
It is an open-mouth aluminum floor tool designed to take in bulk debris - wrappers, crumbs, larger material - rather than filter it through a narrow slot. It works well on low-pile carpet and hard surfaces where the soil load includes actual litter, not just dust.
