Pump Assembly

This is the complete replacement pump assembly, part NA2312, for Hydro-Force TWBS pump-up sprayers. TWBS stands for The World's Best Sprayer, the line carpet cleaners and restoration crews use for prespray and spotter application. The pump is the part that wears out first on a hand-pump sprayer, and this assembly replaces the whole pump rather than rebuilding it seal by seal.

Fits

Hydro-Force TWBS pump-up sprayers AS18, AS202 (2 gallon) and AS204 (3 gallon).

Important, there are two pump generations for these sprayers and they are not interchangeable. Check where the pressure relief valve sits on your sprayer. If the relief valve is on the pump assembly itself, NA2312 is the correct pump. If the relief valve is on the sprayer jug, your machine takes pump assembly NA1616 instead. The words new and old are used inconsistently between the factory parts sheet and distributors, so use the relief valve location rather than the age of the sprayer to decide.
