The warranty does not cover defects or failures resulting from improper or lack of maintenance, misapplication, misuse, tampering, or substitution of provided parts; pumps stored in freezing conditions; pumps run for extended time with no water; use of powdered detergent; failure to clean the system regularly with vinegar solution; filters removed from the solution tank; or pumps with inline filters not cleaned regularly. Sandia covers up to one year of service labor at the manufacturer's calculated hourly labor rate and repair time when performed by a manufacturer-authorized service provider.
