genuine OEM sourced replacement part is designed for Bissell steam
carpet cleaner. This is the motor that turns the brushroller. This motor
assembly includes one (1) geared pulley, one (1) washer, one (1) c-clip
and two (2) wire terminals. To complete this repair you would need a
screwdriver.

The Non-corded side brush belt is the shorter of the two belts and attaches the brushes and pulley. The belt is specifically designed to fit around the brush roll ends. If your machine is not cleaning as well as it had before or the brush roll has stopped turning, you may have to replace the belt. If you notice a rubber smell coming from your machine you should check your belt for any signs of wear. To change the belt, please refer to your models user guide for installation instructions.

The Brush Assembly includes the brush roll and brush end caps. The end caps are attached to the brush roll and cannot be removed, they help hold the brush in place within the machine. The bristles on the brush roll reach into carpet to help remove dirt and debris. Over time, the bristles on your rotating floor brush may wear. You should check your vacuum cleaner's rotating floor brush and drive belt regularly for wear or damage. If you notice your machine is not operating at its best performance, check to see if the brush assembly needs replacement.
