How do I get a quote for a machine and some accessories?

Receiving a quote with Discount Cleaning Products is very easy as we�ll make sure to work hard to earn your business.  Email us at [email protected] or chat with us during business hours on-line. How quickly will I get my order?

Discount Cleaning Products has a national network of fully stocked warehouses that allows us to have most orders shipped immediately.  Please chat with us online if you have a particular product you�d like to check on or have expedited. Our goal is to provide the best price possible at the fastest delivery time possible. 

What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is very important and this is why we offer a 14-day money back guarantee.  No need to worry about getting a credit or being hassled.  As the customer you have the choice to either receive store credit or a refund to your credit card. Some restrictions do apply. Within 14 days of delivery, merchandise may be returned in new condition and original packaging for an exchange or refund less any restocking fee. Restocking fees are determined based on the inspection of the merchandise and condition received back. Shipping charges are not refundable and items shipped out via �free shipping� will be accessed the actual shipping cost to Discount Cleaning Products.  Returns must be 100% intact with all accessories, manuals and materials. 

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Any merchandise that is shipped back to an unauthorized address without an RMA number if accepted may risk having additional fees applied if it needs to be reshipped to the appropriate warehouse, so please call in advance. For an RMA number please email us at [email protected] and provided the following:

• Product
• Reason for RMA
• Daytime number Monday � Friday

Products you receive from our manufacturers with a defect will be replaced immediately at no cost to the customer. Damaged boxes need to be reported immediately to the shipping carrier for record. After 14 days, all defects and repairs are covered under the manufacturer�s warranty.  Many warranty centers are available throughout the US.

We�re sorry though the following items aren�t able to be returned:

• Machines Shipped Via Freight
• Commercial/Residential Steam Machines
• Remanufactured & Close-out out specials
• All Equipment Purchases including Carpet Extractors & Machines
• Custom Ordered Merchandise 

Refunds will be made in the manner of original payment.  For credit cards please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement.  For refund checks, please allow 6-8 weeks.  Credits are issued upon receipt back and inspection of the merchandise.  Discount Cleaning Products has the right to deny returns for mishandling of merchandise detected during inspection.  

Do you accept company purchase orders?

We accept Purchase Orders (POs) from all types of organizations including: government agencies (Federal/State/Local/Military), corporations, non-profit organizations, religious and educational institutions. All Purchase Orders submitted to Discount Cleaning Products are subject to verification before being accepted.
