| Do you ship to my country? | |
We ship within the continental United States. If you're outside the lower 48 - Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or international - we can't ship directly to you, but that's often not the end of it. Many of our customers outside the continental US have us ship to a freight forwarder or a mainland US address they arrange, and that works normally on our end. If you already use one, or want to set one up, get in touch and we'll walk your order through. One exception worth knowing: MK Diamond is the one manufacturer we carry that will ship direct out of the country. | During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. | |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? | |
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. We ship from a network of warehouses and manufacturers around the country and your order ships from the closest one with stock, so transit time depends on how far that warehouse is from you. Some items may be made-to-order or temporarily backordered. If there is any delay, we will contact you by email before the item ships so you can approve the new date or cancel for a refund. Tracking is emailed at the time of shipping. Shipping cost is calculated in your cart before you pay. Typically, orders ship cheapest way.
