The IPC Eagle Hydro Cart Frame Assembly (model BD505093) is the OEM replacement frame for the IPC Eagle Hydro Cart water-fed window cleaning system. It is the structural chassis that holds the resin tank, control valves, and the BD500102 hose reel assembly. Use this part when the original frame has been bent, corroded, or damaged in transit, or when a service tech is rebuilding a cart that has reached end of life on the chassis but still has serviceable tank and reel components.
Use cases
- Replacement frame for a damaged or worn IPC Eagle Hydro Cart
- Service-shop rebuild kit when refreshing a fleet of carts and reusing tanks, reels, and hardware
- Crash or transport-damage repair for window cleaning crews running multiple carts in the field
- Field-conversion base when moving a BD500102 reel assembly onto a new frame
Compatibility
The BD505093 frame is designed to work directly with the IPC Eagle BD500102 Low-Pressure Hose Reel Assembly with 166-foot hose and the standard IPC Eagle Hydro Cart resin tank and tank-mount hardware. It is the same powder-coated steel chassis used on factory carts shipped from IPC Eagle, so all existing brackets, clamps, and fittings transfer directly.
Frequently asked questions
Is this just the frame, or does it include the tank and reel?
This is the frame assembly only. The resin tank, hose reel (BD500102), and pump components are sold separately as their own service parts.
Do I need to order any hardware to mount my existing reel and tank?
In most rebuilds the original mounting hardware transfers from the old frame. If your old frame is severely corroded or the hardware was lost, IPC Eagle sells the bolt and bracket kits as separate service parts; we can source those on request.
How is this shipped?
The frame ships freight-class palletized due to its size. Lead time depends on current IPC Eagle factory stock; contact us for the latest availability before ordering if the cart is needed for a scheduled job.
Warranty
IPC Eagle warrants new cleaning equipment against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service to the original purchaser. Polyethylene tanks and housings are warranted for 10 years; automatic scrubber components (excluding CT5) for 3 years; all other cleaning equipment components for 1 year (batteries pro-rated). Labor is covered for one year from the date of purchase when performed by an authorized IPC Eagle service center. The warranty does not cover wear items (belts, carbon brushes, power cords, hoses, seals, gaskets, etc.), failures from misuse or improper maintenance, or damage in transit.
Discount Cleaning Products is an authorized IPC Eagle dealer. US-based customer service is available to confirm part compatibility, source related cart components, and coordinate freight delivery.
