The MK Diamond MK-190 is a Premium wet diamond core bit for drilling clean holes in hard tile and stone. It is a heavy-duty single-piece bit with a vacuum-brazed diamond grit cutting edge, so there is no bond matrix to wear away and the edge stays self-sharpening through its life. A hollow bore acts as a core guide and a slot in the body lets you eject the core plug. Tile setters, stone fabricators and plumbers use these to run supply lines, anchors and fixture holes through finished surfaces without cracking them.

Water cooling is required
MK's usage instructions for the MK-190 state that the core bits must be used with water cooling at all times. Running this bit dry will destroy it and can damage the workpiece. Plan for a water feed or a wet sponge/dam method before you start the hole.
Fits
MK states the MK-190 is designed to operate on any corded or battery operated hand drill. MK's usage instructions add that while the bit will work with all power units, cordless tools are recommended because of the water cooling. MK does not publish a shank size for this bit, so confirm the shank against your chuck before ordering.
