The IPC Eagle CFC35T is a 35-foot waterfed window cleaning pole assembled from a carbon fiber and fiberglass composite the same construction used by the strongest and lightest poles in the trade. At full extension it reaches the top of a standard 3-story commercial building from the ground without ladders, lifts, or harnesses. The kit ships complete: a 14-inch nylon speed brush with embedded jets, an 8-inch GN8 adjustable aluminum gooseneck, and the Flip Lock II clamps that have become the industry-standard for fast, secure section extension.
Best for
- Storefronts, schools, and 2 to 3-story commercial buildings reach from grade safely without ladder setup.
- Solar panel washing the speed brush pattern and pure-water rinse leaves no residue or streaks on photovoltaic glass.
- Sign, awning, and exterior glass gooseneck angles the brush head for under-overhang glass and angled storefronts.
- Pure-water windowcleaning routes pairs with the IPC Eagle Hydro Cart and Hydro Cart Pro DI/RO systems for spot-free water.

Frequently Asked Questions
How tall a building can I clean from the ground?
The CFC35T reaches 35 feet, which covers the top windows of a typical 3-story commercial building (storefront, office floor, third floor). For 4 to 5-story buildings, IPC Eagle makes 45-foot and 55-foot poles in the same Flip Lock II line.
Why carbon fiber composite instead of pure carbon fiber?
Pure carbon fiber poles are slightly lighter but become whippy at full extension and snap when banged into a window frame. The composite construction trades two pounds for a much stiffer, much more impact-tolerant pole that survives daily contractor abuse.
Do I have to use pure water with this pole?
Yes. The speed brush is designed to scrub and rinse with deionized or reverse-osmosis water that leaves no mineral residue. Tap water will leave hard water spots on glass and is not the right tool for this kit.
What is the Flip Lock II system?
The Flip Lock II is the section-extension clamp on IPC Eagle telescoping poles. Flip the lever, slide the section, flip the lever back. No knobs to spin, no plastic threads to strip. Industry standard for fast extension at the window.
Will it pair with a non-IPC pure-water cart?
Yes. The pole base uses a standard waterfed hose fitting, so any DI tank, RO/DI cart, or trailer with a standard fitting will run the brush. Pair with our IPC Eagle Hydro Cart Pro for the matched system.
