The SIMPSON WaterBlaster WB60824 is a 4400 PSI, 4.0 GPM cold-water belt-drive gas pressure washer built for contractors who clean every day. The serpentine belt drive isolates the AAA industrial triplex pump from engine vibration and heat, so the pump runs cooler and lasts longer than direct-drive pressure washers in the same class. Powered by a SIMPSON 420cc OHV engine with low-oil shutdown, it pairs commercial-grade output with the kind of long-haul durability deck cleaners, fleet washers, and restoration contractors rely on.
Built for daily commercial cleaning
- Deck cleaning and wood restoration 4400 PSI strips weathered stain and graying, then the 40-degree tip lays down fresh prep-coat solution.
- Graffiti and paint preparation pairs with hot-water surfactants and chemical injection (downstream) for fast removal.
- Fleet, equipment, and concrete 4 GPM moves debris off large flat surfaces; 15-degree tip is the workhorse for concrete and aggregate.
- Heavy commercial cleaning belt drive is the difference between a daily-use machine and a weekend washer; the AAA pump is rebuildable on the truck.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why belt drive instead of direct drive?
Belt drive isolates the pump from engine heat and vibration, runs the pump at a slower, cooler RPM, and extends pump life. Direct-drive pumps share the engine shaft and run hotter fine for weekend use, but belt drive is the standard for daily contractor work.
Will 4400 PSI damage concrete?
Used with the 25- or 40-degree tip at the correct standoff distance (12 to 18 inches), 4400 PSI is safe for sound concrete and will not etch most surfaces. The 0-degree tip should be reserved for stubborn point cleaning at distance.
Can I use this with hot water?
No the WB60824 is a cold-water gas pressure washer. The pump and seals are not rated for hot-water duty. For hot water at this pressure class, see the SIMPSON Super Brute and KING Brute series.
Does it ship 49-state or CARB-compliant?
The WB60824 is 49-state compliant and is not currently CARB-certified for sale in California. California customers should ask us about the SIMPSON CRX-engine variants.
Is the pump serviceable?
Yes the AAA Industrial Triplex is fully rebuildable. Standard service items (pump oil, packings, valve kits) are stocked and ship same-week from our warehouse.
