Hoover Bag Paper Type BP Backpack C2401 Series 7 P December 26, 2011 : Richard Schneider from Novato, CA United States   I'm glad I decided to buys these.  They are used in conjuction with the vacuum's cloth bag and they work very well.  Just line the cloth bag with these paper throw-aways.  Then fold the top edge over the rounded top seal of the cloth bag and install the cover pushing down firmly all the way around to ensure a good seal and then close the two clamps.  They cost a little more, but are well worth it.  They do not slow the vacuum down at all. When the bag needs changing, just thow it away and install a new one.  Simple!!! Was this review helpful to you?
