Hoover Carrying Bag for PortaPow December 24, 2011 : Julie McCoy from McColl, SC United States   The carry bag is great!  The strap that came with the vac cut into my shoulder and the vac would flop around as you moved.  The strap on the shoulder is padded.  The strap around the waste takes the load off your shoulder and keeps the vac from flopping around.  It frees up both my hand to move things as I vacuum.  It is much more comfotable.  I wished I had gotten it years ago when I first got the vac.  There is even a pocket on the side; I use it to store the cord, when not in use.
