The General Equipment 190M CUT-R-TACH is a rotary asphalt cutter that clamps onto the moldboard of a motor grader or onto a similarly sized dozer blade. It cuts a clean, straight line through asphalt ahead of patching, utility trenching and pavement removal, using the host machine's own downforce rather than a separate power source. Municipal road crews, utility contractors and paving contractors are the usual buyers.

Fits
The manufacturer specifies motor grader moldboard setups 13 to 28 inches high with 13 inches of lift, and similarly sized dozer blades. Tilting the moldboard permits angle cutting. That is a dimensional requirement rather than a list of machine models, so measure your moldboard before ordering. Note also that the 190M is the moldboard mount version; the 190C is a separate clamp mount model and is not the same item.
