The product did arrive, however the cleaning person said that it was missing the parts for the actual cleaner. She indicated that it was only the machine. I am not sure if this machine was supposed to come with the actual pieces or if this was only for the machine. I have never heard of this company, and I was ordering this based on a link the cleaning person sent me.
